How it works:
Being an apprentice with First Choice Apprentices means you will be employed under a training contract with us.
First Choice manages the quality of the apprentice’s training and provides overall care while they are placed with Host Trainers. We will provide personal support and service through the four years of your apprenticeship.
As a First Choice Apprentice you will have an advantage over other apprentices as you will be rotated throughout the industry thus gaining valuable experience in a broad range of competency-based skills. This will allow you to be a more well-rounded tradesperson when your apprenticeship is finished.
